This component is called TcomSplitter.
TcomSplitter is a control that can splits two areas with a vertical or
horizontal panel. It have a couple of property with that you can control the
behaviour of the control.
To include the component into your component library, only install the component
that resist in the file comSplitter.dcu. After rebuild the library the component
appears on the ComCX page.
This demoversion runs only under the Delphi environment, otherwise your program
is terminated.
